- Implementation – Assist and guide you in the transition from your legacy system to your new system. These services include project management, defining requirements, process mapping and documentation, data conversion, customizations, system integrations, report writing and general consulting.
- Training – Training on the setup, daily use and maintenance of the solutions that we sell. Our training combines instructor led training with hands-on learning. We can create custom training plans to meet our customer’s specific needs. Training is available on-line, at your site or in our training facility.
- On-going Support – We provide personal, on-going support to our customers via email, phone, on-site and remote or on-line connection. Our on-going support is provided by the same team of consultants who worked with you on your implementation.
