Odyssey offers our customers services to support their implementation and use of technology and software. The services we offer include:
Implementation Consulting
  • Services to assist and guide our clients in the transition from one technology or software solution to another. These services include project management, process mapping and documentation, data conversion, report writing and general assistance.
Training
  • Training classes offering instruction on the setup, use and maintenance of the solutions that we sell. We have developed our own training materials for both Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM that combine instructor led training with hands-on learning. We can also develop custom training plans to meet customer’s needs.
  • All training can be held either at our in-house training facility or at the customer’s site. We also offer regularly scheduled training on Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM each month.
On-going Support
  • Our support of our customers does not stop when their new system goes live. We provide on-going support to our customers in a number of ways, including on-site, by phone, via email and remote or on-line connection.
